Corporate users and citizens can use any eservices with this digital identity card. This will help the government track citizens' requirements regularly to provide better services. As technology matures, predictive AI and blockchain can be integrated with the existing solution that will help government to identify any requirements before they arise, with added security advantage. Though it would not happen overnight, the Singapore government is doing deep research to handle citizen volume and correcting mistakes from previous applications. The effective adoption of digital identity will augment security, flexibility, and accessibility of public services.
