Given the economic hardships occurring at both the local and global levels, retail firms in Turkey are aiming to orient themselves toward innovation in order to remain competitive. This market perspective describes three broad strategies to innovation that retailers in Turkey are likely to adopt in the near term. Retailers could innovate at an ecosystem level, achieve 360-degree retail management via the use of omnichannel commerce platforms, or create road maps that guide continuous innovation efforts.
