Abstract

This IDC Presentation discusses the current state of the customer experience (CX) marketplace, best and worst practices in play, and critical success factors (CSFs), as well as proposes a CX future road map and short-term action items. IDC delivered the presentation "Becoming a CX-Centric Enterprise" at the Engage Future of the Contact Centre conference in London on February 13, 2019. The aim of this conference was to provide tools, strategies, and techniques for enterprise executives to help create successful long-term contact center strategies.
