Abstract

"Although Turkey has been experiencing political and economic tensions in the last few years, foreign vendors will continue investing in the country due to its young population, planned large-scale projects, 5G initiatives, and the rising focus of organizations in the country to meet expanding consumer expectations through the application of new emerging technologies such as AI and robotics. However, a lack of skills and limited technical competencies stand out as barriers that need to be addressed by all stakeholders in the ICT community, including vendors, education institutions, channel players, and public and private foundations." — Research Manager Aslı Koçkal, IDC Turkey
