This IDC Survey provides results and analysis from a survey of 700 technology and line-of-business decision makers in North America and the United Kingdom across small to large organizations. The respondents represent organizations that have or will deploy content management technology in the cloud and directly influenced the decision, budgeting, planning, and strategy associated with technology acquisition. This IDC Survey looks specifically at the use of artificial intelligence (AI) applied to managing content or transforming content-centric workflows in the cloud.
"These results demonstrate that organizations are experimenting with AI to improve data analysis, usage, and decision making for content-centric business processes," stated Marci Maddox, research director, Enterprise Content Strategies at IDC. "Solutions and services providers should consider adding AI-enabled capabilities to their offering portfolios that benefit data and customer-oriented activities."
