Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight focuses on understanding how vendor practices affect customer satisfaction. Our sample of U.S. large enterprises of 1,000+ employees is generally not very happy with sales technology vendors. Only 12.4% of respondents have no complaints, while 45% cited renewal increases, 40% lack of skills development, and 35% customer support as key CSAT killers.
